Design
First Meeting
Schedule a free consultation to discuss your project and meet the team.
Site Research
We will help you overcome any potential challenges as well as identify the relevant design considerations for your site.
Briefing
Work with our team of designers to develop a project brief customised to your project size, budget and expectations.
Concept Design / Development
Together, we will review the concept ideas and refine the design to suit your lifestyle and budget.
Documentation
We will take care of all the paperwork for you, including preparing your contract drawings and your contract package.
Working Drawings
Detailed construction drawings will be produced for accurate quoting for a fixed price contract
Town Planning / Building Permit
All permits, town planning and consultants will be arranged for you in-house.
Construction
Once any necessary demolition works are complete, we can start building your new custom designed home.
We coordinate all the trades and services, ensuring construction goes to plan, and ascertaining our high standards of completion are met.
Your building supervisor is always on hand to answer any questions and coordinate site meetings with our trade professionals.
We will keep you fully informed and engaged every step of the way to ensure a smooth and stress-free ‘end to end’ building experience.
